GasSim2® is sold on the basis of a single-user licence for the software on the licence terms set out below. Installing the software on your machine indicates your acceptance of these terms. Copyright of GasSim2® is owned by the Environment Agency and is protected by both copyright law of the United Kingdom and international copyright treaty provisions.

You are required to install this software onto a hard disk for use and you may make archival copies of the software for the sole purpose of backing up the software and protecting your investment from loss. The software may be used by any number of people, and may be moved from one computer location to another, provided that the software is first uninstalled.

One License applies to each installation of the software. That License is protected in the form of an electronic code or “dongle” which is provided at the time of sale of the software. The software may not be installed on a networked system or on a computer connected to a file server or other system that physically allows shared access to the software. You must obtain sufficient copies of the License if you require concurrent use of the software by more than one user or if you require installation of the software at more than one physical location.

The Licence is effective as of the time you receive the software, and shall continue in effect until you cease all use of the software and return or destroy all copies of the software, or until automatically terminated upon your failure to comply with any of the terms of this Licence.
